- Can I order online?
- What if I forget to send money on picture day?
Your child will be photographed anyway so we have a picture to use for class photos. Your child will receive a Photo ID card along with a make-up day flyer 2-3 weeks after original photo day. If you would like to order your child’s portrait from original photo day, you can order online but will be charged a $5.00 processing fee. Alternatively, you can have your child re-take their picture on make-up day and fill out the order form attached to the make-up flyer. Spring picture packages will be sent home for your review before you purchase.
- When should I expect to receive my portraits?
Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks processing and delivery after photo day. Class photos will be delivered after final make-up day.
- What if I still haven't received my portraits after 3 weeks?
First, check with your child’s teacher. Sometimes they forget to check their inboxes or hand out the packages to their students. If you paid with a credit card, there is a chance that it may have been declined so check to see if you were charged. If you’re certain you were charged for your portraits you can submit a ticket here. Please be sure to fill out all information correctly so that we can correct your order.
- What can I do if my credit card was declined?
You can view and order your child’s portraits online here. Be aware that there will be a $5.00 processing fee.
- What if I'm not satisfied with the portraits I received?
Return the package on retake/make-up to our photographers and we will re-photograph at no additional charge or refund the entire purchase price
- What if I received the wrong/incomplete package?
Submit a ticket by filling out the form here. Be sure to fill out all the information as accurately as possible.
